Mediterranean Tuna Salad (Zumba)

Ingredients

    1 can (3oz) Tuna packed in water
    4 Kalmata or black olives
    2 tbls Chopped Carrot
    2 tbls Chopped Celery
    2 tbls Crumbled Feta
    1/2 tsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Balsamic Viniger
    1 Whole Wheat Pita
    2 Romain Letuce Leaves
    2 Thin slices of tomato

Directions

combine all ingredients with exception of lettuce and tomatoe. Open Pita insert lettuce leaves and tomato slices and fill with Salad.
Enjoy. :)
