Vegetarian Goulash

Ingredients

    Chop half an onion.
    3 cloves of garlic.
    Cook on med hi in 3 tsp of olive oil.
    Rough chop then add 1/2 a head of cabbage and chopped zucchini.
    Put in a cup of water and cook veggies down.
    Drain water, add crushed tomatoes 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp parsley.
    Boil water for noodles. Add noodles and cook til just before al dente.
    Combine with goulash and serve.
