Ingredients

    1/4 head of green cabbage, sliced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
    Glass of white wine
    Small pat of butter
    1 tablespoon of Extra Virgon Olive Oil

Tips

If you don't want to cook with wine then you can use any liquid (veggie stock or even water).

Directions

In a large sautee pan, sautee the onions until they are soft over high heat
Add the apple and cabbage and white wine
Immediately clamp on the lid and reduce the heat to low
Allow to steam gently for about 7 or 8 minutes
