shrimp and ham pasta

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2cups diced ham
    20 peeled and deviened shrimp
    1 can fat free evporated milk
    1 tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp balck pepper
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    1/4 tsp red pepper
    2 tbsp dried parsley
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp basil
    13.25 oz whole wheat pasta/penne

Directions

Mix eveporated milk together with flour, mix well. Place in a nonstick skillet over high heat. Bring just to a boil and simmer.
Place pasta in boiling water and cook for about 9 mins.
Meanwhile the pasta is cooking, add ham and all spices. Let simmer about 10 mins.
Drain pasta put bake in pan. Spray pasta with spray butter to keep from sticking.
Add shrimp to ham mixture and cook for another 10 mins. Serve over pasta. Makes about 6 servings.
