Hawaiian boneless chicken breast

Ingredients

    2 boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup crushed pineapple
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/8 tsp ground pepper
    1/4 cup tap water

Tips

Prepare on George Forman grill? Can use 1/4 cup pineapple juice instead crushed pineapple.


Directions

Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool, pour over chicken in shallow glass pan. Cover and refrigerate for hour or more. Remove chicken from sauce, place on grill and cook until done. On Foreman grull about 5 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 four oz breasts
