Mozza Ranch Chicken

Introduction

I only had 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts; 4oz each
you can adjust recipe according to the amount/weight of chicken breast you have

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast
    4 tbsp ranch dressing (appx 1/4 cup)
    1/2 tsp garlic sea salt seasoning
    1/4 tsp lemon juice (optional)
    2 tsp mozzarella cheese, shredded


Tips

Adjust time according to your oven/broiler.


Directions

Pre heat oven on broil

In small bowl or on plate, combine ranch dressing, seasoning & lemon juice, stir to mix

Coat one side of each chicken breast and place in foil lined pan (or on foil lined cookie sheet) and place under in oven and broil for 5-7 minutes

Check chicken; sprinkle chicken w/cheese (per taste), place back under broiler for appx 5-10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 3 4oz servings
