1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 cup light coconut milk, unsweetened
1 cup non-fat milk(can use almond milk)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2 tsp. dry coconut flakes, unsweetened, low fat
1 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/4 cup almonds (optional)
Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until liquid is completely soaked up by the oats.
When finished, stir in the almonds (optional), allow to cool and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2-c. servings
