Spit Pea and Winter Veg Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Carrots 2 large
    Leek 1 large
    Onion 1 small
    Parsnips 2 small
    Yellow Split Peas 112g
    Kucharek Universal Vegetable seasoning 10g
    1.5 litres of water

Directions

Chop veg roughly into medium to smallish pieces add to water in large pot or pan, bring to boil, add split peas and bring back to boil.
Then simmer for 70mins or until peas are cooked.
Add Kucharek Universal Vegetable seasoning (add at the end as the salt in it will make the peas take longer to cook).
Stir and serve.

Serving Size: 6 2 cup servings
