Ingredients

    2 cups rotini Pasta, cooked and drained
    1 cup broccoli florets chopped
    1 cup carrots sliced or chopped
    1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, (whole tomatoes last longer if salad will be refrigerated for a while.)
    2 cups 1% cottage cheese
    1/2 cup light ranch dressing

Tips

You can always use fat free cottage cheese and or fat free rach dressing for less calories


Directions

Combine pasta and veggies in a large bowl. Add cottage cgeese and dressing. Mix lightly
