Crock Pot Soup

Introduction

This soup is very filling and tasty This soup is very filling and tasty
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 Lg can crushed or diced tomatoes
    1 Lg can fat-free chicken broth
    1 can pork & beans, fat chunk removed
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 packet chili mix
    1 cup water
    1 medium onion, cut into pieces
    salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 2 to 4 hours.

NOTE: You can add any other veggies you like such as cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, etc. You can also add either beef or chicken in the soup.
