    1 c. fresh spinach
    1/2 c. frozen blueberries
    1/2 banana
    2 T. ground flax
    1 T. soy protein powder
    1 T. psyllium husk

Tips

Try kale instead of spincach or other frozen fruits


Directions

Blend all until smooth. Add ice and blend if thicker consistency desired.
