Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients

    1 cup greek yogurt
    3 tbsp. pumpkin, canned, not pie filling
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 whole pecans, chopped

Tips


Directions

Place all the ingredients (except the pecans)in a shallow freezer safe dish. Mix until combined.

Place in the freezer for 1 to 1/2 hours.

Mix until smooth. Place in a bowl and top with pecans.

Serving Size: 1 Heaping Cup
