Leftover Chili

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Fat Free Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 4 cup (1 box)
    Pork Tenderloin, 12 oz
    Beans, great northern, 1.75 cup(1 can)
    Tomato; canned, whole 28 oz can whole or diced
    Green Bell Peppers 2 cup, chopped (1 Large pepper)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(1 med)
    Carrots, raw, 3 small diced small
    Chili seasoning mix (pkg), 1.25 oz I like HOT use the one you like.

Directions

Pork Tenderloin is preferable left over (could really use any protien you like)
Dice meat, peppers, onions, carrots set aside
Empty tomatoes in stock pot crush with hands (if whole) add complete box of stock
Add meat and veggies turn heat on med let boil add seasoning Turn heat down let simmer for at least 30 min
