42 Shrimps shelled and deveined
3 tbsp Butter
1 cup of dry Sherry
2 cups of white sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
6 sprigs Parsley
Salt to taste
Melt butter in large fying pan. Ssute shrimp quickly in butter until transparent. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add sherry to the juced in the pan and reduce over high heat to a few tablespoon full. Add White Sauce and cool until hot. Spoon an equal amount in 6 ramekins. Place 7 shrimps in each ramekin. Sprinkle an equal amount of cheese. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place ramekin in oven for 5 to 6 min until cheese is golden brown. Meanwhile cook and drain spaggetti and plate it; along with ramekin of Sprimp Diana and a bowl of salad.
