Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1.5 cups chopped yellow onion
    2 cups finely chopped celery
    1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    3 pounds 100% lean ground beef
    6 - 15oz cans of petitie diced tomatoes
    2- 6oz cans of tomato paste
    3 tbsp chili powder
    2 tsp cumin
    2 tsp mexican oregeno
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

Tips

This is not a spicy chili, still best served with melted cheese on top.


Directions

Brown the onion, celery, an green peper with the ground beef. Add in the 6 cans of tomatoes and the spices/seasonings. Let cook for about a half hour, then add in the 2 cans of tomato paste one at a time stiring well.
