beans with onion and turkey bacon

Ingredients

    4 Slices Turkey Bacon (low sodium)
    1 TBSP Butter (low sodium)
    1/2 cup red onion
    1 pound green beans, "blanched"

Directions

Cook bacon in large pan (I do mine on the George Foreman takes only a few minutes) on medium-high heat 5 min. Needs to be lightly browned. Remove from skillet. Place on the side

Place the butter into pan and cook on medium heat until it is melted. Stir in the shallots. You will cook and stir for about 2 to 3 min. or until lightly browned to liking, stirring occasionally.

Put in thebeans and bacon;Cook for about 2-3 more minutes...stirring occasionally.....just make it heated thru and serve...
