Introduction

this is a great way to change tuna up giving it a different taste. I rolled this up into Chef Megan's Easy Flatbread & loved every bite. this is a great way to change tuna up giving it a different taste. I rolled this up into Chef Megan's Easy Flatbread & loved every bite.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    One can of tuna ( I used chicken of the sea albacore white )
    Houlwings mini cucumbers
    cottage cheese
    dill- fresh or dry
    black pepper (or anything you like)
    diced red onion
    hot sauce
    horseraddish.

Tips

If you decide to make the flatbread, don't forget it needs to sit for an hour before you can eat it so start there.


Directions

Dice your onion, cucumbers and dill if you are going with fresh. Break up tuna into a small bowl, add veggies. Mix cottage cheese horseraddish and hot sauce together then add to tuna. Season as your please with black pepper or whatever you like.

I rolled this up into Chef Megan's Easy Flatbread.
