Mile high biscuits

Introduction

Ingredients



    whole wheat flour, 3 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 3/4 tsp
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Cream Of Tartar, 3/4 tsp
    Margarine, 3/4 cup
    Eggs. fresh (1 large)beaten
    Mt. Glen 1% Milk, 9 oz

Tips

Can be made with all-purpose flour, but it reduces fiber content.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients and add liquid ingredients mixing well. Roll out to 1" and cut with a 2 1/2' round cookie cutter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes.
