Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 2.5 cup, chopped
    Summer squash, 1.5 cup (1 medium), chopped
    Onions, 1 cup, chopped
    1 large egg
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 4 fl oz
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1.5 cup, shredded
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Sour Cream, .75 cup
    Thick Sliced Bacon, 4 Slices
    Canned Chicken, 3 large cans

Tips

I literally just made this up and stuck it in the oven, so make at your own risk!


Directions

Combine Broccoli, Squash, Onions, and Chicken - mix and spread in Casserole dish.
On Stove, slowly heat cream and sour cream over low heat. Add cheeses until melted, turn off heat, stir in beaten egg.
Pour cheese mix over vegs, sprink with cooked chopped bacon.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
