Ingredients

Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1 cup
Ambush Elite 30 Whey Protein Isolate 2 scoops (= 80g)
Hersheys Unsweetened Baking Cocoa, 4 tbsp
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Egg, fresh, 1 large
egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Stevia Extract in the Raw, 120 tsp (= 4 tbsp)
Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1 cup
Tips
These are high-protein brownies, mainly intended for bodybuilders. They are low sugar and low fat, but they are not low carb.
Directions
Mix together wet ingredients, set aside.
Mix together dry ingredients thoroughly, then add in wet ingredient mixture.
When fully mixed, add into a pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes (check early so they do not burn). Let cool, then cut into 9 equal portions. 1 brownie per serving.
