Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cans of mild chili beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies (10oz)
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 package chili seasoning

    cheese, hotdogs or fritos are optional and not included in the nutritional value

Tips

You can aslo cook the turkey and throw everything into the crockpot and cook on low.


Directions

1. place undrained tomatoes and chilli beans in pot and start heating on medium
2. heatCook ground turkey and drain if needed
3. pour cooked turkey into tomato and bean mixture. Mix well
4. bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 Minutes


Serving Size: makes approx 6 1 cup servings
