Red beans and rice

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Turkey smoked sausage or kielbasa 16 oz
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Red Wine, .5 cp
    Water, tap, .5 cp
    Tomato Paste, .25 can
    Parsley, 1 tsp
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    White Rice 1.5 cup cooked

Directions

Start rice.... While rice is cooking add oil and garlic to saute pan for 1 min, add sausage or kielbasa. Cook until heated then add water, wine, tomato paste and spices. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked. Add cooked rice to kielbasa mixture. Serve
