Chick pea salad

Number of Servings: 6
1 Can of Chick Peas drained and rinced
1/2 Cup diced red onion
1/2 Cup fresh or frozen corn kernals
1/4 Cup red or green sweet peppers chopped
1 Cup Cherry tomatoes halved
1 whole avacado diced
2 Teaspoons sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Juice and Zest from 1 lemon
Hot pepper sauce to taste
Add everything except the avacado in a medium sized mixing bowl and stir until everything is well coated with olive oil and seasonings. Put in the refridgerator until ready to serve. Add the chopped avacado and serve cold or at room temperature.
