Texas caviar

    Canola oil
    Cidar vinegar

    Black eyed peas- rinsed
    Black beans-rinsed
    Petite diced tomatoes
    White corn
    Green pepper
    Red onion


Mix canola oil, vinegar and sugar and bring to boil
Let cool
Mix veggies and pour mixture over
Eat with chips as dip , on a baked potato , with celery or just as a salad

Serving Size: Makes 16 half cup servings
