Ingredients

    Bechamel:
    1.5 C Milk 1%
    1 Tbsn Flour
    1 Tbsn Margarine

    Veggies:
    1 Onion (chopped)
    1 Tomatoes
    1 Cup Fresh Spinach
    1 large baked potato

Directions

Prep the bechamel - saute the veggies and add the tuna.
Mix all together. Serve over warm bread.
