Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 small/med Cucumber (peeled)
    1 cup sliced thin red onion
    2 ripe tomatoes cut into wedges or cubed

Directions

In a large bowl combine vinegar, salt, sugar, dill weed, black pepper and oil. Mix well. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, an donion and toss. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Serves 6
