I am going for the most creative category win on this one. You want ways to get more whole grains? They're great in blended beverages. I am going for the most creative category win on this one. You want ways to get more whole grains? They're great in blended beverages.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup buttermilk
    2 teaspoons coconut oil
    1 cup cooked and cooled organic whole grain millet
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    cinnamon to taste
    1 banana
    6 ice cubes
    2 dates chopped and soaked in small amount of water
    2 Tablespoons raisins soaked in small amount of water

Directions

Soak dates and raisins ahead of time and place in jar in the refrigerator to have handy. Blend everything in a blender or food processor or use a hand blender. Enjoy!
