Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 C milk
    1T sugar
    1 egg
    1 C Flour
    1T Baking Powder
    1 t Salt
    1T Vegetable oil

Directions

Combine milk, egg and sugar. Add flour, BP and salt - combine until smooth. Mix in oil. Cook in griddle sprayed with non-stick spray, or waffle maker.

Serving Size: 8 waffles or 8 medium to large pancakes
