My favorite way to hide veggies for my six year old son who hates them. My favorite way to hide veggies for my six year old son who hates them.

    5 Mission Tortilla Wraps, Sundried Tomato flavor
    1 2.25 oz can sliced black olives, dices
    1/2 cup diced raw carrots
    1 8oz package fat free cream cheese, warmed to room temperature
    1 package Ranch dressing mix


Any vegetable works well in place of the carrots and olives. My son loves black olives so I use those to help 'hide' the flavor of the veggies.


Mix cream cheese, carrots, olives and ranch mix together until the ranch is well dispersed. Spread about 1/4 cup of mixture onto a tortilla, as close to the edges as possible. Add two slices of turkey in the middle of the tortilla to cover from edge to edge. Roll up tightly. Cut off the raw ends of the roll, about 1/4 inch on each side. Slice the tortilla into 1/4 inch slices and serve, or store tightly covered in the fridge for a couple of days.

Serving Size: Makes ~60 1/4 pieces, 5 pieces per serving
