Ruth's Chicken Macaroini Casserole

Ingredients

    2 boxes Macaroni and cheese, cooked according to directions.
    1 can (3 oz.) chicken in broth, drained.
    1/2 c. raw onion, diced
    1 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese
    1 c. chopped frozen chopped broccoli
    6 saltine crackers, crushed

Directions

Cook Mac and Cheese according to box directions. Add Chicken,onions and broccoli. Mix well. Spread in baking dish and top with 1/2 grated cheese and cracker crumbs and remaining grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and starts to turn brown. Serve and Enjoy!!!
