D&T's Lemon chicken

Introduction

My oldest daughter and i made up this recipe! My oldest daughter and i made up this recipe!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    15 bright colored big lemons cut in half and juiced
    5 pounds of trimmed deboned chicken breast cut in bite size pieces
    1 thumb size real ginger shredded to tiny bits
    3 T fresh cracked black pepper
    1 med clove of garlic shredded
    1 shot of hot sauce
    1 pack of fresh basil chopped
    2T orgenano dried 3T if fresh
    1 to 1/2 water enough water to cover chicken

    Add all together in a container put in fridge for a day or two stir it every few hours.
    (I make mine in a cereal container and just shake the heck out of it)
    When your ready to cook it ,get some add local fresh veggies or fruit or both put alternate a stick prefably metal than put it on grill till done!
    Serve over brown/wild rice very good

Tips

The amounts of protien vary with weight person is trying to lose or just maintain


Directions

Arrange on wet bamboo sticks or metal cook on grill or broiler or 350 degree oven till done

Serving Size: 3oz-4oz chicken+ add veggies or fruit per serving
