3 fresh eggs
1 cup brown rice flour (1/2 cup brown rice flour and 1/2 cup amaranth flour is an option- or grind 1 Cup almonds into flour consistency)
Liquid Stevia (vanilla flavor)- 2-3 dropper fulls
Blend all the above in a blender. Add 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries. Fold the berries in gently. Pour into muffin tins all the way to the top, cook on 400 in increments of 20 minutes until done.
