Sopapilla Cheesecake




Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Bread, Pillsbury Crescent Roll, Original, 1 roll, 16 serving(remove)
    Cream Cheese, 16 oz(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1.25 cup(remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp(remove)
    Margarine like spread, approximately 60% fat, .5 cup(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup(remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp(remove)

Directions

Spread 1 can crescent roll in the bottom of a pan lightly pressed together.

Cream together softened cream cheese, 1.5 cups sugar, & 2 t. vanilla.

Spread over rolls. Top w/the other can of crescent rolls.

In seperate bowl mext 1 stick melted butter, .5 sugar, & 2 t cannamon.

Pour over top, & bake @ 350 for 30 min.
