Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Coconut - shredded, unsweetened, unsulphured, 1/3 cup
    Macadamia Nuts - unsalted, 1 oz (10-12 kernels)
    Finely chopped fresh mint, 1 Tablespoon
    coconut/palm sugar, 1 teaspoon
    Salt, 1 dash

Tips

Sprinkled these over my Pumpkin Coconut Curry Soup and it was delicious! I'm going to try them on ice cream or sorbet next time.


Directions

Finely chop mint
Chop Macadamia Nuts

Mix 1 Tablespoon finely chopped mint, 1 ounce chopped macadamia nuts, and 1/3 cup unsweetened, unsulfured, shredded coconut with 1 dash of salt and 1 teaspoon of coconut palm sugar.

Serving Size: makes about six 1 Tablespoon servings
