Banana Peanut Butter Refrigerator Oatmeal

-In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and peanut butter. Put on lid, and shake.
-Remove lid and add sliced banana and gently mix.
-Put in fridge. You can refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days.

Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1/3 cup
    Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz), 2/3 cup
    Banana, fresh, .5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Chia Seed, .5 tbsp or 1.5 tsp
    Old Fashioned rolled Oats 0.25 cup
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    *Peter Pan Reduced fat creamy peanut butter, 1 tbsp

Tips

You can substitute the peanut butter for powdered PB
