Fruity Smoothie

Ingredients

    I buy fresh fruit and then freeze them so they stay fresher longer.
    1 frozen banana
    4-5 Frozen Strawberries
    4-5 Frozen Raspberries
    8 ounces orange juice
    *any items can be substituted for other items
    If you desire a creamer smoothie a spoonfull of yogurt(any kind) will work.


Directions

Add 8 ounces of Orange Juice(Or other Juice) to blender.

Cut bananna up and add to blender

Add strawberries and raspberries

Blend for 30 sec-1 min

Frozen Fruit acts like ice so no ice is needed.

Serving Size: Makes about 14 ounces
