IntroductionWheat Free with whole oats ground to flour plus added bran Wheat Free with whole oats ground to flour plus added bran
1/2 Cup Oats Ground to Flour (Can use dedicated coffee grinder)
2 TBS Oat Bran
1/2 TBS Rumford Baking Powder or any other aluminum free baking powder.
1/2 Cup Filtered water
1/4 Cup Filtered water
1/4 Teas Salt (Optional)
2 grams butter
Heat a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add half the butter. Pour half the mixture in the pan. Cook until the top of the pancake looks almost dry. Flip and cook until done. Remove from pan.
Add the 2nd half of the butter and the 2nd half of the mixture. Repeat the cooking.
