Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Oats Ground to Flour (Can use dedicated coffee grinder)
2 TBS Oat Bran
1/2 TBS Rumford Baking Powder or any other aluminum free baking powder.
1/2 Cup Filtered water
1/4 Cup Filtered water
1/4 Teas Salt (Optional)
2 grams butter
Tips
Directions
Grind the oats in a dedicated grinder. Add Whole Oat Bran. Add baking power and salt (to taste). Stir all dry ingredients. Add 1/2 cup of water and mix. Let sit for 5 minutes. It will be thick. Add an additional 1/4 of water and stir. Let sit for another 2 minutes.
Heat a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add half the butter. Pour half the mixture in the pan. Cook until the top of the pancake looks almost dry. Flip and cook until done. Remove from pan.
Add the 2nd half of the butter and the 2nd half of the mixture. Repeat the cooking.
