1.25 cups mixed berries, frozen
2 tsp Splenda
1.25 cups Tropicana Lite-n-healthy orange juice
Lots of options:
1. Non-fat cottage cheese instead of yogurt
2. soft tofu instead of yogurt
3. your favorite berry instead of mixed berries
3. Honey or sugar instead of Splenda
4. Add protein powder or flaxseed for extra punch.
