A super-easy smoothie that everyone will love! A super-easy smoothie that everyone will love!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    .5 cup Non-fat Athenos Greek yogurt, Plain
    1 medium banana
    1.25 cups mixed berries, frozen
    2 tsp Splenda
    1.25 cups Tropicana Lite-n-healthy orange juice

Tips

Lots of options:
1. Non-fat cottage cheese instead of yogurt
2. soft tofu instead of yogurt
3. your favorite berry instead of mixed berries
3. Honey or sugar instead of Splenda
4. Add protein powder or flaxseed for extra punch.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender or bullet and puree until creamy. Serve immediately
