Paleo Ranch Dressing

Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    (1) My Mayonnaise Recipe- 1/4 cup

    (2) Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk- 1/4 cup
    (3) Parsley, dried, 1/2 tbsp
    (4) Minced Onion (dried)- 1 tsp
    (5) Dill weed, dried- 1/2 tsp
    (6) Garlic powder- 1 tsp
    (7) Onion powder- 1/4 tsp
    (8) Salt- 1/4 tsp
    (9) Pepper, black- 1/8 tsp
    (10) 1/4 tsp- one or a combination of dried herbs -- thyme, oregano, basil

Tips

Use my mayo, it's good! And don't worry, you won't taste the coconut in the recipe at all (especially if you use my mayo recipe ;).


Directions

In a food processor or mini chopper, add parsley, minced onions, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, and mixed herbs. Blend until powdered. Put into a bowl and set aside. Add 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 full fat coconut milk to your food processor or mini chopper and blend for a few seconds. Add seasons to the processor/chopper and mix until fully incorporated. Store in the fridge in an air tight container, will last for 5-7 days.

Serving Size: Makes 4- 2 Tbsp servings
