Ham and Noodle Casserole with tomato


Number of Servings: 8


    1/2 bag whole wheat egg noodles
    1/2 bag creamette extra wide egg noodles
    2 cans Cream of Celery soup
    1 cup milk
    1 can Red Gold petite diced tomatoes (drained)
    1 can mild green chiles (drained)
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 cup. reduced fat colby jack cheese
    1 ham steak, heated and diced


Cook noodles according to package directions. Cook ham steak in microwave according to directions. Place onion, green chiles and tomatoes in frying pan and saute for a few minutes. Mix veggie mixture with ham, soup, milk and spices. Pour into 9x13 pan and sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
