Ingredients

    1/2 cup lentils, precooked
    1/2 cup brussel sprouts
    2 baby beets, steamed and peeled
    1/2 oz. crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Microwave the brussel sprouts according to package directions.
Slice the 2 beets.
Heat the lentils in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
Mix all ingredients together on a plate.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top.

Serving Size: Makes one serving. Adjust amounts to make additional servings.
