Sausage and Bean Soup

Ingredients

    1 - 2 lb Beef Sausage
    1/2 cup onion
    1/4 cup green bell pepper
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can water
    1 can black beans, undrained
    1 can butter beans, undrained
    1 can kidney beans, undrained
    1 tsp/cube beef bullion
    1 tbsp worcheshire sauce
    2 tsp italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

Tips


Directions

Saute smoked sausage, onion and green bell pepper in large sauce pan or dutch oven until veggies are soft and sausage is brown. Add remaining ingrediants, bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 45 - 60 minutes.
