Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups chopped turkey
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    6.0z fat free greek yogurt
    1tsp minced ginger
    1tbsp orange peel
    1/4 cup roasted almond slices

    4 romaine lettuce leaves
    8 slices multi grain bread

Directions

mix the first 6 ingredients together

put one lettuce leaf on 4 slices of bread
spread the turkey mixture over it
top with the other slice of bread.

Serving Size: makes 4 sandwhiches
