Ingredients

    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped

    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium

    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper

    Bell pepper, orange 1 large

    Spinach, fresh, 4 cup

    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp

    Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp

Directions

chop peppers sauté with onions and butter.......season to taste add spinach and balsamic vinegar then cover.
