Ingredients
-
Nonstick cooking spray
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp water
1 - 14 oz. package fat free banana muffin mix
2 cups round toasted oat cereal
1 cup crisp rice cereal
1 cup low fat granola
1 cup semisweet chocolate chip pieces
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup cranberries
Tips
I mixed all of the dry ingredients in a very large container then added the wet ingredients. I found this to be much easier. You have to keep mixing until ingredients are incorporated.
Enjoy!!!
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Line a 13x9x2" pan with foil, extending the foil over the edges of the pan. Lightly coat the foil with the nonstick cooking spray, set pan aside.
In a large bowl combine eggs, oil and the water. tir in muffin mix, oat cereal, rice cereal, granola, chocolate chips, almonds and cranberries. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan. Using the back of a large spoon, press mixture evenly onto the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes, or until edges start to brown. Cool in the pan, on a wire rack. Using edges of the foil, lift baked mixture out of the pan and cut into bars.
Serving Size: Makes 24 bars
Number of Servings: 24
