Strawberry Field Marshall Smoothie--Abs Diet

Introduction

Strawberry/Peanut butter Smoothie w/Fiber and Protein Strawberry/Peanut butter Smoothie w/Fiber and Protein
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 c low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 cup 1% milk
    2 tsp Peanut butter
    1 c frozen Strawberries
    2 tsp whey powder
    6 ice cubes, crushed
    1 tsp fibersure (opt/ to add more fiber)

Directions

Put all in a blender. Add ice cubes. Makes a little over 2 8oz/cups. Suggested usage is for one serving for breakfast and the other as a snack during the day.
