Spiced Pound Cake

    2 sticks unsalted butter
    2 cups sugar
    5 eggs
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 cups plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt


cream butter and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add milk and extracts. Mix spices, flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to butter and sugar mixture until well-combined. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 60-70 minutes.
