Paul's Potato Salad - Big Batch! (4 oz per serving)

Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

    10 lbs potatoes
    12 eggs - hard boiled
    29 oz dill pickels
    4 cups real mayonaise

Directions

Boil the potatoes and the eggs with 1/2 tsp salt.
After 10 min remove the eggs,
soak in ice cold water and peel.
The potatoes will need another 30 - 35 min.
Drain the potatoes when they are done.
Cut up the dill pickels and mix with the potatoes.
Add the mayonaise

Serving Size: About 200 oz total (guesstimate) = 50 x 4 oz serving
