3 shallots, peeled and chopped (can use onion)
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup zucchinni cut up in slices and cut in quarters
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 oz chicken breastless breast /no skin (cut into cubes)
3 oz sun dried tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
½ lb. Penne Pasta cooked according to box
Pinch of salt
1/8 cup herb and garlic spices
Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings
