Introduction

So filling and delicious! Fast and easy, can use leftover veggies and rice! So filling and delicious! Fast and easy, can use leftover veggies and rice!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 lb turkey
    1 yellow pepper
    1/4 red onion
    1 cup coconut rice

Tips

I added a little seasoning salt and roasted red pepper and garlic seasoning, but you can add any flavors you like!


Directions

brown turkey with onion and pepper. Mix in leftover rice to warm. Serve!
